Thomas responded very quickly to my message, and made himself available outside of normal business hours. His work was thorough, careful and he found the fault (faults!) in a rather complicated system quickly. He came prepared with everything needed, was very respectful of tracking in outside mud, and explained everything he was doing before doing so. After the faults were found and fixed, I was very surprised at the fair rate he charged for an excellent job. I intend to use him again, for anything else that comes up – highly recommend!
